Aerobics- Aerobic exercise can work wonders for our health. It is a good way to keep yourself healthy and active. It reduces stress, builds immunityand improvesour memory too.Aerobic exercise helps children learn to interact better and communicate confidently. Keeping this in mind, an aerobic activity was held for our pre-primers today. All the children thoroughly enjoyed this fun workout session in the badminton court.
