Dances ASSEMBLY REPORT of India
Class III presented a special assembly on 15th March . The theme of the assembly was ‘ Dances of India’ . The assembly began with the prayer followed by the news headlines.The students of class III showcased the traditional dance forms of various states of India. All the participating students of class III were charmingly dressed up in traditional colourful costumes of the states they represented . The dancers performed Bengali dance (West Bengal) ,lavani (Maharashtra ) , Kalbelia (Rajasthan ) , Bhangra (Punjab) , Bihu (Assam ) and Dandia (Gujarat ) . Rhythmic music , infectious energy and foot tapping beats kept the audience swaying . Each and every dance was very well performed and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone .

The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm. The students learned about the traditional dances and costumes of the various states of India.
