OUR BLOOMING BUDS
“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” Aristotle
After the long and relaxing summer vacation the children have settled down into the school routine with their affectionate and responsible teachers. The theme for the month of July was‘Fruits and
Vegetables’. The children learnt the names of different fruits and vegetables and their characteristic features. To emphasize the habit of eating healthy food, Fruit Chaat was prepared in ‘Kiddies Kitchenette’ which the children enjoyed preparing and eating . The outing to ‘Kingdom Of Dreams’was a thrilling experience for them. The little ones showcased their imagination and creativity in the ‘Clay Modelling Competition’.
They enhanced their knowledge through ‘Science Experience ‘ on Bubble Fun.
We welcome the month of August and would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Independence Day. The month of August heralds not only the patriotic fervour attached to Independence Day, the cultural gaiety of Rakshabandhan, Eid and Janmashtami but also the bonding between friends – the celebration of Friendship Day.
The theme for the month of August is ‘FOOD’. A host of fun-filled activities have been planned to centre around the theme.
The highlights of the month are :-
- Tri –coloured sandwich will be prepared in ‘Kiddies Kitchenette’.
- ‘Tearing and Pasting Competition’ will be held to enhance eye-hand co-ordination.
- Children will be exposed to the world of science through ‘Invisible Drawing’ in ‘Science Experience’.
