Intra class mathematics quiz competition was conducted for class 11th. A total of six teams consisting of 2 members each with the names Sine, Tangent, Cosecant, Secant, Cotangent and Secant participated in the quiz.
The quiz consisted of three rounds. Round 1 (General Questions) consisted of four questions for each team, with the question passing to the next team if the concerned team failed to answer.
Round 2 (Rapid fire) consisted of 20 questions being asked to each team in one and a half minute.
Round 3 (Audio Visual) was a buzzer round with 10 questions being asked in total to all the teams. The questions consisted of images to give the visual experience.
The students were really excited for the quiz and participated enthusiastically. The Tangent team was declared the winner with Cosecant and Cotangent team securing the second and third place respectively. Participating in the quiz was an exhilarating experience for the students which provided them a chance to showcase their understanding of Math concepts and also learn new things in a fun way which also helped them in developing a competitive spirit while learning how to work in a team. Quizzing is a great way to increase the sharpness of the mind and is always a delightful event to conduct.
