On the occasion of Teacher’s Day, Summer Fields School honoured the hardwork and dedication of it’s teachers and staff members. This special day was celebrated on 5th September 2022, as a mark of tribute to the contribution made by the teachers to the society. Students of the school presented a cultural programme with great enthusiasm to express their gratitude towards their mentors for guiding them by enriching their personalities and by imparting ethical and moral values to them.

The auspicious day began by applying tilak on the forehead to bring spiritual calmness and unity to one and all present. This was followed by the welcome address by the Head boy and the Head girl.
Thereafter,the day was filled with a plethora of dances and songs beautifully performed by the students of class XII. Students presented a relatable humorous skit “Tribute to teachers”that was absolutely sublime. The teachers also showcased their talent through dance, music, shyaari and a beautiful rendition of songs which was a heart rending performance. The day was a fiesta devoted entirely to the teachers,with a sense of respect, appreciation, encouragement and support for their dedication to their students.
The Principal, Ms Geeta Karunakaran was instrumental in making the event a grand success.
The celebration was truly a memorable one efficaciously creating a divine ambience. The programme culminated with the vote of thanks.
