In Mathematics, students develop the ability to reason logically and confidently arrive at solutions that hold true across a broad range of real-life situations. It is beneficial for students to apply mathematical concepts, facts, procedures, and reasoning to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions, empowering them to reflect on their findings, gain insights, and interpret these results in the context of real-world scenarios.
To promote the above mentioned competencies among students thoroughly with joyful assessment, 42nd Aryabhatta Inter-School Mathematics Competition 2025 was conducted by Summer Fields School , Kailash Colony for Class V, VIII and XI on 18th January 2025.
Every year, a grand felicitation ceremony is conducted to facilitate the budding Mathematicians who excel in the prestigious Aryabhatta Inter School Mathematics Competition. The winner schools are rewarded with trophies, cash prize and Certificates. Individual prize is also awarded to the students to encourage and instill in them the competitive spirit. They are facilitated with trophies, cash prize and certificates as well. The school aims at helping students to explore and delve into the nuances of the mystique of Mathematics. This is undoubtedly a widespread and well recognized competition where various prominent schools in Delhi and NCR participate and fervently look forward for winning this prestigious award.
This year, on the 42nd Aryabhatta Inter-School Mathematics competition, 419 schools with 3000 students participated from Delhi and NCR in this prestigious event. The students participated enthusiastically, and the over whelming response is commendable.
We are thankful to our respected Principal, Ms. Shalini Agarwal, for making every effort to foster a nurturing and inspiring environment for students to explore the intriguing depths and mystique of Mathematics.
