Summer Fields School, Kailash Colony hosted the Annual Day of Class-III on 22nd December, 2023 claiming the theme ‘The Wish …… Be as you wish to seen’, encapsulating cultural extravaganza and a gamut of emotions. Prof. Sagnik Dey, Institute Chair Professor, Center for Atmospheric Sciences, IIT Delhi, was the chief guest for the evening. Our Principal Ms. Shalini Agarwal, Vice-Principal Ms. Shweta Oberoi, Primary School Coordinator Ms. Shweta Dimri, Academic Coordinators Mr. Anand Swaroop and Mr. Bansal were also present to grace the occasion.
The resplendent celebration unfolded with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp amidst the chanting of Ganesh Vandana. The Cultural Event was set rolling by evoking the blessings of Lord Shiva through entrancing Shiv Stuti dance.
Our esteemed Principal Ms. Shalini Agarwal extended a warm welcome and shared our students achievements.
A musical play entwined with an intricate story of Alice transported the audience to the enchanting North Pole in search of Santa. The play drew the attention on the peril of pollution and sent a strong message to ponder upon. The breath- taking theatrical journey culminated with astounding grand finale. The main highlight of the evening was the mesmerizing musical symphony presented by our young musicians that left the audience spellbound.
The vote of thanks was proposed by the Vice Principal Mrs. Shweta Oberoi. The smiling faces of content audience was a testament to the massive success of the event. The Program concluded with the National Anthem.
