The week celebration started with Cooking competition, themed ” Chill & Thrill” on:
A Fusion Feast”, saw enthusiastic participation from students of class XI and XII (Humanities).
The event was held under the guidance of Principal Ma’am, Ms. Shalini Agarwal and received evaluation from esteemed judges, Ms. Bhaswati Mukherjee, Ms. Aakansha Malhotra and Social Science Department HOD, Dr. Purnima Mattu.
The objective was to foster culinary skills and creativity in an engaging and competitive setting. Students were given a mystery basket with secret ingredients and 60 minutes to display their talents. The competition highlighted inventive flavor combinations and visually appealing presentations. Participants utilized various cooking techniques, such as substituting sugar with jaggery and refined flour with whole wheat to create healthier options. The judges were impressed by the students’ culinary expertise, and the students relished the excitement of the challenge. The event demonstrated the great teamwork among students. The program proved to be a resounding success, owing to the active participation and creativity demonstrated by the students.
