A Special Assembly themed ‘Row of Lights’ was presented by Classes IC and ID on October 23, 2024. The parents had been invited to enjoy the assembly. The show began with the thought ‘Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.’
The students introduced the theme and shared the significance of celebrating Diwali. They presented a melodious group song ‘Jag Mag Deep Jalaye’. She also praised the teachers for their hard work and efforts on training the children. She appreciated the parents for their involvement and time. Principal Ma’am took this opportunity to encourage parents and students to celebrate an eco-friendly Diwali. According to her, these values when inculcated in the children from an early age, would help them to develop into environmentally sensitive individuals. In keeping with this thought, she urged the audience to say ‘NO to crackers’ and celebrate a pollution free Diwali. Primary Incharge Ma’am, Ms. Shweta Dimri proposed a vote of thanks where she thanked the management and Principal Ma’am for their continuous support. The assembly ended with the National Anthem.
